Lewis Street residents planted their first garden in the fall of 2009 and enjoyed an array of winter vegetables for their tables such as collards, turnips, cabbages, broccoli.

In addition to summer vegetables, a gardening shed will be added to the garden for storage of gardening tools in the Spring 2010. Lewis Street has twelve planting beds.
